Dark chocolate, walnuts, ripe plum with citric acidity and a creamy body. A rich coffee that translates well the classic Cerrado coffee: notes of dark chocolate, walnuts and ripe plum with critic acidity and, of course, a heavy creamy body. A tree dried natural allows cherries to go through the full maturation process and dry while still attached to the branch. This processing technique is only possible if the weather is very dry and stable during harvest, possible because of Cerrado’s unique traits.
