PERALTA is a delicious blend of honey-processed coffee beans grown by the Peralta family the Nueva Segovia Region of Nicaragua, close to the border with Honduras. The coffee has been decaffeinated using CO2 Decaffeination process - a chemical-free process that uses compressed carbon dioxide in water to attract and then remove caffeine from green coffee. Taste notes: Chocolate, strawberries & blood orange.
