에티오피아 첼첼레 프로세싱 사이트에서 가공된 워시드 커피입니다. 레몬 아이스티처럼 청량한 산미로 시작해 살구잼의 농익은 단맛으로 이어지며, 흰 꽃을 연상시키는 향이 잔 전체를 감쌉니다. 첼첼레는 인근 소농들이 수확한 체리를 모아 워시드와 내추럴 가공을 함께 운영하는 스테이션입니다. 해발 2,100m의 고지대에서 자란 에어룸 품종은 밀도가 높고 산미가 또렷하게 살아 있으며, 깨끗한 워시드 공정이 그 결을 그대로 드러냅니다. 온도가 조금 떨어졌을 때 산미와 단맛의 균형이 가장 좋습니다.
