Abdurhiman Aba Bulgu farms thirteen hectares in Kedamesa, in the Goma district of Jimma. His land sits between 1,975 and 2,200 meters. That height is the whole story here. Coffee ripens slowly up there, and it comes out of the cup tasting like citrus and flowers. Tangerine first. Underneath it, the shape of a good glass of iced peach tea.
