El Jardín es un lote natural proveniente de los suelos franco-arenosos de La Paz, Honduras, cultivado a 1.650 metros sobre el nivel del mar. La variedad Catuaí, procesada en natural con preparación europea SHG, es poco común en este origen, lo que le otorga a este lote un perfil diferenciado dentro de la producción hondureña. El proceso Natural consiste en secar la cereza entera, manteniendo la pulpa sobre el grano durante el proceso de deshidratación. Esto genera una mayor transferencia de azúcares y complejidad en el perfil final, con cuerpo pronunciado y dulzura estructurada. Puntaje SCA: 8
