Eyes Wide Open is a blend of coffees, roasted with intention of appealing to the widest range of palates. The flavor profile is generally dried fruits, cocoa, and nuts, but more specifically dates, dark chocolate, and dry-roasted walnuts. The flavor profile develops and improves as it cools. Because coffee is an agricultural product, no harvest of coffee is available year-round.
