Cormorant
Cormorant Coffee Blend Origin: Kenya & Tanzania Tasting Notes Black: Plum Cherry & Poached Pear Process : Washed Named after the cormorant, the seabird often spotted along the waterfront in Liverpool and the inspiration behind the city’s iconic Liver bird, this blend is a tribute to heritage, character, and bold flavour. Cormorant brings together two exceptional East African coffees: a vibrant Kenyan from the Murang’s region and a beautifully structured Tanzanian from the Songwe region. The result is a blend that’s expressive, fruit-forward, and deeply comforting. In the Cup Expect super-sweet
