With open expanses of wildflowers and grass tucked between peaks, the meadows of the Trinity Alps stop you in your tracks. These are the wild places in Northern California that make you want to sit down and stay a while, ideally with a thermos of great coffee. Our Meadow blend captures that unhurried feeling, it’s a pleasing, moderately sweet organic medium roast.
