Wir trinken den Macan am liebsten als Doppio, und natürlich auch als FlatWhite oder Cappuccino ist dieser besondere Kaffee ein Geschmackserlebnis. Der Sumatra-Tiger, Macan auf Indonesisch, kommt noch auf der indonesischen Insel Sumatra vor, wo die Permata Gayo Kooperative liegt. Sie existiert seit dem Jahr 2006, damals gerade mal mit 50 Kaffeebauern. Mittlerweile haben sich über 2000 Kleinbauern aus 36 verschiedenen Dörfern der Bener Meriah Region d
