INFORMATION TASTING NOTES VARIETIES The first coffee I bought from Felipe Arcila at Cofinet was a Maracay Honey. At the time, I didn’t realize Luz Helena was Felipe’s mother. But over the course of the past few years, I’ve gotten to know her and the family a little better, and grown quite fond of Luz Helena and her coffees. Honey processing is a tricky gamble.
