Ethiopia - Halo Beriti | Blue Raspberry, Bubblegum & Violet | For Filter Brewing
Our series of Ethiopian microlot filters continues with Halo Beriti. Having also been roasted for a microlot espresso recently, we were blown away by this beautifully expressive and vibrant coffee, we knew it would also make for an incredible cup of filter. A naturally fermented coffee, you can expect a bold sweetness that plays alongside the berry notes and floral aromatics the beans alreayd possess. Blue raspberry, bubblegum and violet, there's a little bit of pick and mix fun going on here. Our Halo Beriti is harvested from farmsteads in Lalesa and Gedeb in Yirga Cheffe region of Ethiopia,
