Colombia Young Producers
PINK STARBURST RIDES AGAIN WITH THE YOUNG PRODUCERS! Producer Sebastián Ramírez added a direct flavoring step while processing this coffee from a fruit to a dried seed. He added dried strawberries and strawberry hydrosols to the fermentation tanks. Unblended created the Young Producers program to make coffee farming an exciting and sustainable career for young people in Colombia. The participants are paired with Sebastián Ramírez, who mentors them through producing their own coffee. Sebastián then blends the yield with his "Red Fruits" flavor co-ferment to create a cup that's intensely sweet
