Our first dark roast blend, Moonlight Blend will take you on a celestial journey! Moonlight Blend was born after my mom said Bonita's Blend was "too light" for her. So, I took similar beans (also from Guatemala) and roasted them to second crack to achieve a roastiness that doesn't overpower but stands up a bit more boldly to cream and sugar. Moonlight Blend is a crowd-pleaser with all the body of dark roasted coffees, without compromising on the quality of green coffee beans.
