Colombia Edwin Noreña Inoculated Carbonic Honey Gesha (Specialty Series)
We're thrilled to offer this limited release from Edwin Noreña, one of Colombia's most inventive producers, and it's a truly special coffee. This Gesha isn't built on a single honey process but on a cycle, with each stage passing its own transformed residue on to the next (hence "triple fermentation"). The must keeps coming back into play, carrying earlier fermentations back into the fruit. By the time the coffee hits the drying beds, it holds the mark of three distinct environments, and the cup shows it: intensely botanical, elegantly sweet, and wrapped in an effortlessly silky texture.
