This is an exceptional Central American coffee. We roast this coffee light to bring rich flavors of nuts and dark chocolate. The Hermanos Constanza lot blends together coffees from two brothers’ parcels – Lázaro and Daniel Constanza. Both parcels are part of the larger family farm headed up by their father Jesús. Jesús’ family began the tradition in coffee many years ago, when Jesús’ father (also named Jesús) purchased a small piece of land in the lush and much-famed lands of La Libertad in Huehuetenango in 1975.
