This organic Peruvian coffee originates from women operated farms. Aptly named “Cafe de Mujer”, this coffee is balanced, chocolatey and medium-dark roasted. SWP stands for Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that removes caffeine using only water, temperature, and time. It preserves more of the coffee’s original flavor compared to many other decaf processes.
