Il caffè Asman Gayo p roviene dalla regione di Aceh, a Nord di Sumatra, dove le piante crescono rigogliose tra i 1300 e i 1650 metri. Una lavorazione naturale eleva la pulizia aromatica senza perdere il corpo iconico di questa terra. Essere stati premiati come Miglior Roaster d'Italia 2026 ci ha spinti a cercare la curva di tostatura perfetta per questo lotto così complesso. Abbiamo lavorato per bilanciare l'intensità delle fave di cacao (cocoa nibs) con una dolcezza fruttata ed evoluta, che ricorda la confettura di ciliegie e la prugna secca. Il risultato è una tazza con un retrogusto lungo
