Honduras - Mercedes Ocotepeque | Orange & Dark Chocolate | Our Seasonal Espresso
Our new seasonal espresso has arrived: From Honduras, our Mercedes Ocotepeque espresso is a washed process coffee which balances vibrant citrus character with a deeper, caramelised flavour profile. Selected by Ferg and roasted specifically for espresso, this seasonal release works perfectly as a standalone shot, or as the centre of a black or white coffee. It brings a refreshing hit of orange up front that contrasts beautifully with an underlying dark chocolate backbone. The Ocotepeque region in Mercedes, Honduras is made up of farmsteads that range between 950 and 2,000 meters above sea level
