Mexico TB Decaf
Tariffs got you down? Yeah, us too. While some folks are busy playing political ping-pong with coffee tariffs, Tariff Buster Decaf keeps it simple — great coffee without the extra nonsense. Grown in the beautiful highlands of Chiapas (1,300–1,600 masl), this blend of Bourbon, Typica, Marsellesa, Oro Azteca, Márago, Caturra, and Peñasco varietals comes from smallholder farms working hard under shade in rich volcanic soil. It’s fully washed and dried on patios or raised beds, depending on the farm’s setup. The caffeine? Removed gently with the natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) process — using a sugarca
Merchant's tasting notes: chocolate, pecan, toasted marshmallow, mild acidity, smooth finish
