Cafe Gordo is a washed medium roast from Finca Nuevo México, a family farm growing coffee at 1300 meters in Chiapas, Mexico. Expect a smooth cup with caramel, chocolate, and a little fruit, picked from only the best cherries. Named after Gordo, a 2017 shelter rescue who drools like a waterfall when he's happy and momma cats his two feline siblings. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
