ROAST PROFILE // Medium MILLING PROCESS // Washed CUPPING NOTES // Complex with good body and sweet and spicy like a cherry cola. Notes of cherry, caramel and cinnamon. WHY WE LOVE THIS COFFEE // Ishema is a cooperative in Eastern Province, registered in 2010, with over 200 farmers, about one-third women, growing Bourbon Arabica at 1,850 meters. It operates its own washing station and focuses on improving quality and income through training, social programs, and member support.
