2026 marks the third year we have worked with Amruthavarshini, a woman-owned farm in India. We trade directly with the farmer, Poornima Jairaj, and buy several lots from her every year. This honey processed coffee is very well balanced and could well be your next favorite morning cup. Poornima's coffees are truly a cut above the what the specialty industry has come to expect from India. Not only is the quality superb, but her growing practices are something to be admired: the coffee is completely shade grown and dried, intercropped with various species including turmeric and peppercorn, and 10
