Beste Bohnen nach dem Swiss Water Prozess schonend entkoffeiniert. Ist für jede Zubereitung geeignet. Sehr gut als Filter, in der Presse oder aus der Mokkakanne. Anklänge an Kardamon und Piment. Im Siebträger-Espresso zeigt er eine durchaus noch spritzige Säure. Mit Milch – beispielsweise als Cappuccino – ist er sowieso unschlagbar und erinnert an Kakao mit einer besonderen Note.
