Vietnam Great Cherry Robusta
Another of our 2026 Vietnam releases, and our first robusta (canephora) of the year. Tami and Will Nguyen started the Great Cherry in 2017 with the goal to improve the quality of fine robusta production. They also aim to help empower local robusta farmers through training and centralizing the processing station The cup profile of this honey process lot very much leans traditional—nutty, cacao. Yet the uniformity and absence of defects, as well as cup clarity, betray the quality control in both harvest and processing.
