Brazil Sítio Forno Grande
Dried cherry, cacao nib, praline Our first single-origin release from Brazil returns. The Schiavo family, four generations in coffee, farm twenty hectares in the hills above Castelo, Espírito Santo, where washed processing and a cool coastal climate yield unusually clean, sweet coffees. This lot is rich and creamy, layered with dried cherry, cacao nib, and praline.
