Our Master Roaster Jim created this dark roast blend with beans representing four different growing regions. Smooth, rich and satisfyingly complex, for a well-rounded cup. Also makes a fine, rich espresso without the usual tangy acidity. This is the dark roast of our Signature Blend; see our Signature Light for a lighter-roasted version.
