We had the chance to visit this farm in El Salvador on an origin trip, seeing firsthand the people, landscape, and work behind the coffee we’re now roasting. A standout Salvadoran variety, Pacamara is known for its large beans and expressive, complex cups. The semi-washed process brings a clean sweetness and plenty of character, making this a coffee we're especially excited to share.
