Good food Award finalist coffee 2026! This coffee is a honey processed Pacamara varietal from our recent trip to El Salvador and our new partnership with Familia Diaz. This incredible family farms a mountainside in La Palma near the Honduras border. As a group they all grow shared varietals and contribute to community style lots. While they all own an individual farm plot this structure allows them to work as a sustainable family unit utilizing shared labor, drying beds and they share hired labor from the surrounding community.
