The very first bag of coffee we served was called "Dayspring". As an homage to that Brazilian bean, we are happy to share with you our house blend, lovingly called Dayspring. A classic blend with base notes of caramel, brownie batter, and honey supported by deep, spicy tones of cardamom, toasted almond, and smoked cedar. Current Blend: Guatemala Huehuetenango Silvestre Velasquez + Sumatra Wet Hulled Pegasing Syahruna Net Wt.: 12 oz.
