Am Mount Kenya im Anbaugebiet Nyeri werden mit Unterstützung des KEDOVO-Kaffeeprojektes, in ca. 1.750 m Höhe, die Arabica-Sorten SL28 & SL34 angebaut! Dieses Gebiet ist bekannt für seine roten Böden, die mit Vulkanmineralien angereichert sind. Während des ganzen Jahres herrschen hier mäßige Niederschläge. Diese Bedingungen ergeben eine gute Kombination für den Anbau von aromatischem und geschmackvollem Kaffee: Fülliger Körper und herrlich aromatisch, mit Zitrus-, Vanille- & Walnussnoten.
