Francisco Morales fundó su finca en 1977, tras cultivar 9.000 plántulas en un vivero, iniciando una trayectoria marcada por la dedicación y el conocimiento del café. Situada en Huehuetenango, cerca de la frontera con México, la finca se beneficia de un excepcional microclima de gran altitud. El resultado es un café de origen único, elegante y equilibrado, con notas de vainilla, chocolate con leche y malta, acompañadas por un sutil toque de naranja dulce. Excelente tanto en espresso como con leche.
