Bean Profile Finca Fátima is a third-generation family farm in Coatepec, Veracruz, cared for by siblings Ernesto Perez and Givette Perez Orea. Sitting at roughly 1,250 meters above sea level, the farm has focused on quality-driven coffee for decades, long before specialty coffee became common in the region.
