El Vergel Estate
El Vergel is an anaerobic natural Colombian coffee from El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, produced by the Bayter family and Forest Coffee. We taste tangerine, sweet chocolate and a subtle boozy sweetness, making it a fruit-forward, complex cup that shines on drip, espresso, or cold brew. This meticulously processed Red and Yellow Caturra lot undergoes extended anaerobic fermentation and careful drying for maximum depth and clarity. If you’re looking for a vibrant Colombian coffee with layered fruit character and modern processing, El Vergel delivers.
