We're excited to say that Party Animal is back! This offering is rotating selection of natural-processed coffees from Africa. Our second Uganda coffee of the season comes from coffee guru Norman Mukuru's processing center, The Coffee Yard. Nestled in the foothills of Mt. Elgon, he has created a massive processing center for high-quality natural coffees with a range of flavor profiles. Mukuru works closely with smallholder farmers on Mt. Elgon to consistently improve coffee quality year over year and we think it shows. The name of the growing site, "Imbalu", is named after a tradtional rite of
