A Dark Bold Signature Blend This medium-dark roast is almost as bold as the HBC himself. It hails from East Timor and Ethiopia, and the blend is characterized by rich notes of dark chocolate and stone fruit. Each cup goes down smooth however you make it – hot or cold, French press or drip. As for Coach, he likes it hot from the drip. He told us his morning cup of coffee is the only time he ever uses a filter.
