A little about Jairo Arcila. He is a third-generation coffee grower and brings over 40 years of experience to his craft. After a long tenure managing one of Colombia's largest mills, he turned his focus to cultivating his own land, beginning with Finca La Esmeralda in 1987. This initial investment grew into a network of six farms, where Jairo now specializes in exotic coffee varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Java, Papayo, and Geisha.
