Higher Grounds Coffee · United States
DR Congo Muungano
A bright but buttery smooth coffee with almond notes and meyer lemon acidity. This well-balanced cup is deliciously earthy for a light roast. This could be the most important coffee you’ve ever tasted . Congolese women produce some of the world’s finest coffees, yet live in an area considered one of the most dangerous places to be female. Our work with the Muungano cooperative brings their exceptional beans to you and empowers women and men through gender equity workshops.
