Mexico Organic Chiapas
Sourced from small family-owned farms in the high-altitude mountain ranges of Chiapas, Mexico, this organic single-origin coffee delivers stone-fruit sweetness balanced by smooth, tea-like floral notes and a rich caramel finish. The Chiapas region is known for ideal microclimates and nutrient-dense clay soils, allowing Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties to mature slowly at elevations up to 1,500 meters. Hand-harvested and fully washed, this lot meets European Preparation (EP) standards for a clean, vibrant cup. Coffee Details: Origin: Chiapas, Mexico Altitude: 900 – 1,500 masl Varieties: B
