We are absolutely thrilled with this just-landed Colombian gesha, hailing from a farm connected to past menu star Fabiola Ortega (Higueron, Tabor, Velvet Bliss). Fabiola's daughter Marilin Muñoz produced this coffee, and its ripe peach, grape, and cola flavors are a knockout. We also tasted cranberry, jasmine, and syrupy apricot. Scott brewed a stash of this coffee in Panama at the World of Coffee event, and the reception was wonderful.
