Ce café du Brésil, Caracoli, cultivé à haute altitude amène en tasse de la rondeur et de la douceur. Le Yellow bourbon donne une approche légèrement sucrée avec des notes de nougat, de chocolat noir et de noix. La très légère acidité relève le côté gourmand et rond des notes cités au dessus. Nous torréfions ce café de manière assez clair afin de faire ressortir toutes ces arômes. Note SCA 83-85
