Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
Madis Coffee's Natural Ethiopia Bright, complex, and unmistakably Ethiopian — Madis Coffee's Natural Ethiopia is a natural process coffee that captures everything that makes Yirgacheffe the most celebrated coffee region in the world. From the misty highlands of the Chelchele district, this coffee delivers layers of tropical fruit, warm spice, and a sweetness that lingers. Rooted in Rich Terrain: Cultivated between 1,900–2,200 masl in the fertile hills of Yirgacheffe, this coffee grows in a mild, rain-rich climate ideal for slow cherry development. The Chelchele washing station sources cherries
