October Skye Fall Brew
October Skye Fall Brew is our seasonal light roast, a single origin Don Claudio from Costa Rica with cranberry, brown sugar, and citrus notes. It comes from Coopeagri, a collective of small and mid-sized farms that grows only specialty grade coffee, and it's worth waking up to on a chilly fall morning. Named after Skye, a tabby with thumbs on her front paws who was passed over at the shelter for her "strange paws" until her family brought her home. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
