Decaf de Caña
This is a fully washed decaf from smallholder producers in Huila, grown between 1400 and 2000 MASL. The lot combines Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varieties and keeps a clean, origin-led cup. The green coffee is decaffeinated in Colombia with sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate. A repeated low-pressure steaming and soaking process selectively removes caffeine before the coffee is dried and prepared for export. Our medium roast is sweet and easy to brew, with blueberry and dark-chocolate notes.
