Huila Decaf
Notes Red Plum, Spiced Chocolate, Molasses Origin Huila, Colombia Varieties Caturra, Colombia, Castillo Process Sugar Cane Decaffeination The most delicious decaf coffees we’ve tasted in recent years have been selections processed with the sugarcane decaffeination method. This regional lot from the Huila department in Colombia is a great example of the sweetness and clarity of flavor possible in a well processed decaf coffee. We’re tasting a round and full-bodied cup profile with notes of stone fruit, spice and chocolate with a deep, caramelized sweetness in the finish.
