A washed Caturra from Alexander Olaya's family farm in northern Huila, roasted for espresso and filter. Four generations in, and still getting better Alexander Olaya grew up watching his family farm coffee at Finca El Bosque in northern Huila. He's the second generation to work the land, but the legacy goes deeper - what Alexander is building is becoming a fourth-generation story. It hasn't always been straightforward.
