We’re going to make a confession: gesha isn’t our favorite cultivar at Nonesuch HQ. So it makes sense that the first gesha we’re offering isn’t typical: while the orange floral flavors aren’t unexpected, the creamy body and fudge finish definitely aren’t the first things you think of with a cultivar that’s usually prized for light body, sparkling acidity, and perfumed botanical notes. It’s also a surprisingly versatile coffee, working well in pourover, immersion, and espresso brewing (the last is adventurous, but the creaminess makes it incredibly satisfying!).
