Zu gleichen Teilen aus Brasilien, Kolumbien und Guatemala bestehend, etwas dunkler geröstet, also mit Röstnoten. Und die soll er auch haben. Als wir Ende der 90er Jahre anfingen Kaffee zu rösten, sollte Espresso so schmecken wie im Urlaub in Italien. Und deshalb sind wir auch bei dem Ursprungsprofil geblieben. Wir mögen es immer noch, leicht Süß, Karamell, Schokolade und ein ganz klein wenig bitter. Und ja! Zucker darf man auch in seinen Espresso geben, nicht immer, aber hier passt es. • Mahlgrad: Ganze Bohne
