ALL RISE TOGETHER! We're celebrating hometown heroes Rise Against playing Riot Fest this weekend! The band's bassist Joe Principe is a long-time DMC fan and fellow coffee enthusiast! He came by the roastery for a coffee selection tasting with the crew, tasting through a spread of origins and processes. We decided to go with a washed Sarchimor from El Salvador that comes from several farms in the Santa Ana region, near the Cafe Tuxpal mill.
