This Sumatran single-origin is full-bodied and smooth, with dark chocolate and toffee up front and a dried plum and earthy finish that lingers. It holds up well with milk or cream, and it's a strong choice for French press, drip, or espresso if you prefer a rich, low-acid cup. Wet-hulled processing gives it that signature Sumatran depth without the bitterness you'd expect from most dark roasts. 100% Specialty Arabica, roasted to order.
