An ode to Truss’s beginnings in Alethia Tanner Park, this modern take on a traditional Italian espresso is a unique coupling of a washed coffee from a single farm from Sidamo, Ethiopia and a honey processed robusta from Lam Don, Vietnam. While robusta is generally considered lower quality than arabica, because of its lower sweetness and higher bitterness, these coffees pair well to create a traditional espresso that is full bodied, sweet, and citrusy.
